Vendors may be eligible for registration but are not necessarily qualified for a certain procurement action. This latter status is only determined after a pre-qualification or a tender/solicitation evaluation exercise. PGESCo does not maintain an approved vendor list; vendors are evaluated independently for each project based on the project-specific requirements. However, PGESCo maintains a potential list of vendors. To be one of PGESCo’s potential vendors, you are required to complete the entire Vendor Registration Form with the most updated information. This will make your company more visible to PGESCo’s projects and will increase your company’s opportunity to compete for business opportunities with PGESCo. PGESCo could provide future opportunities to their potential vendors where they can share their expertise and develop a platform for long lasting collaboration, depending on their experience and qualifications.

Vendor Code of Conduct

PGESCo maintains business practice standards that are intended to protect the company’s reputation; the quality of its products and services; and the best interests of its clients, shareholders and employees. PGESCo and its employees are required to demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical conduct through adherence to its Corporate Code of Conduct. PGESCo also requires all vendors to maintain the same level of integrity. All vendors are required to get familiar and declare compliance with PGESCo’s Vendor Code of Conduct.

To register, the company must have a valid and permanent email address, which will be used as the access ID to the Portal.
